Return Policy

The Refund Policy of Testuru is regulated as follows:

       1. The following cases will be entitled to exchange/ refund:

  • In case you are unable to participate in the test 3 times in a row due to Testuru system’s failure, we will refund you 100% of the payment.
  • You have changed your mind and would like to choose another exam package having the lower price than the one you have paid before.

      2. Refund/ exchange procedures:

      Refund requirements should be sent to the email including information as below:

  • “Name and Code” of the exam package
  • Payment date
  • Payment method
  • Attaching the confirmation email of Testuru about “successful payment for the package”
  • Reasons for refund/exchange requirement
  • Testuru will consider and give feedback to customers via email within 24 hours from the time of receiving the refund request.

      3. Specific regulations about the refund:

  • For Speaking and full packages, the refund request must be sent to us at least 12 hours before the starting time of the tests.
  • For Listening and Reading: The refund is not applicable to these two packages.
  • For Writing/ Speaking/ Full packages: customers will be refunded in the correct amount of the package value after deducting “payment fee”. Payment fees are specifically referenced as follows:

  • Refund time: within 3 working days from the date of the confirmation of refund request
